Well, our group has been here for nearly 5 days. It’s been 5 days of great fellowship, excellent worship, interactive discipleship groups, and just plain fun. The topics each day have been: the Holy Spirit, community, boldness, & taking action.
I have personally been encouraged by the themes and the overall week. As, I look back I feel Thursday night personally made the most impact. CIY showed a documentary (the trailer is below) on the sex trade going on in southeast Asia. They have partnered with a mission called Rapha House. They help girls break free from sex trafficking. The video was moving in so many ways, I don’t know where to begin. I would encourage you to visit there site by hitting the link above. Anyway, this has been a great week, but look forward to heading home and seeing my family. I also look forward to sharing some of the amazing and fun stories of our time here at CIY.
